For Lipstick That Stays Put

FOR LIPSTICK THAT STAYS PUT
Create a base with your foundation. Line your lips with a neutral lip liner so the color won’t bleed into tiny lines. Using a lip brush to apply lipstick will help it to last longer. Apply one coat, blot with a tissue then brush on final coat. To ‘plump up’ your lips, apply a pearl lipstick as your second coat over your usual first coat cover, then highlight just the arch of top lip and central part of lower lip with pearly gloss.
