To really make eyes "pop," use shades that are complementary to and opposite of your eye color.
Here are a few ideas:
For blue eyes: Try warm browns, bronze, copper and other similar shades with orange undertones.
For brown eyes: Any color looks great, especially purples, pinks, grays and blues.
For green eyes: Purples, plums and taupes look fabulous.
For hazel eyes: Try deep green, lavenders and other similar shades with soft yellow undertones.
